1.You can click here to trace the shipment.
When you are not logged in, you will see a page like this:
(If you are already logged in, you will be redirected to the My Account page.)
For guests, you can enter your Order NO. and PayPal email address to track the orders.
For registered customers, you can enter your email address and password to log in, it will automatically take you to the My Account page.
Click on 'All Orders' and choose the order you want to view to go to the detail page.
Scroll down a bit on the detail page and you'll see the shipping method section.
Here you will find the information you need such as tracking number, check Url and the current status of your parcel's location.
2.If you already know the tracking number, you can go directly to the courier's official website to check. Here are some commonly used courier websites:

FEDEX: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html
