    I ordered stainless steel end clasp that was described as 10,5 mm long. I got items that are less than 10 mm long. This is essential for my jewelry crafting. This will cause a delay for my clients. I am not happy because another order of end clasps is also wrong size.

    I ordered the item sized 11,5 mm in length. I received items that are 9 mm long. This is the second order I got wrong. The description of the item on the website says 11,5 mm so I got all wrong parts for my jewelry and there is a delay for clients.
