    I placed an order of gold plated stainless steel chains and findings because I had read that the plating over steel lasted a long time and was even waterproof so after years of having trouble to find gold plated jewelry that would not tarnish, that seemed fantastic. After only one week of wear (I always try the products before selling them in my store) the gold was gone from the clasps, jumps rings and earring posts and they have turned silver.;Their answer was, first to return the money of some items. Then I asked for more information about wether all the items are of that poor quality and the second answer was an automated response about how gold plating over steel was great and that it could last over six months when the thing is precisely that it does not even last a week. The problem is not with the person who assisted me, but that Pandahall does not take responsiblitiy of the complaints and of the quality of the products
