The main difference is that TOHO beads typically have slightly larger holes than MIYUKI, while MIYUKI beads tend to be a bit flatter than TOHO beads of the same size.
Grade A seed beads are imitation Japanese seed beads. They are fairly uniform in size and shape, similar to MIYUKI and TOHO, but their bead walls are thicker, so the holes are less transparent.
