12 . Ordering Instructions for Guests

Q: Can I place an order directly without registering a PandaHall account?

A: Yes, you can place an order without registering a PandaHall account, but you can only order up to 15 items.

1. Order Process:

Select 'Place Orders as Guest' option at checkout.

Please enter a valid email address as your contact information on the following page. This is an important channel for receiving order confirmations and follow-up communications.

2. Order Tracking:

After placing your order, you can check its status and shipping details on the order tracking page.

You can also access this page by clicking the small airplane icon in the hover box on the right side of the website.

Attention:

1) Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct and able to receive emails from [email protected]. We will send your order details, payment confirmation, shipping updates, and any after-sales notifications to this email address.

2) Although placing orders as a guest is convenient, registered PandaHall members can enjoy exclusive offers, bonus points and personalized services. We sincerely recommend you to register as our member for a more comprehensive shopping experience.
