9 . How is the replacement discount calculated?

If we find any item in your order that is out of stock, we will invite you to select replacements. The advantages of doing this are:
 
 1. Fast Shipping: Replacement items are in stock and can be sent out within 48 hours.
 2. Exclusive Compensatory Discounts: To make it up to you, you will enjoy an additional 20%~30% OFF based on your order preparing time (the longer you wait, the higher the discount).
 
To ensure you always get the best deal, our system automatically calculates your replacement discount based on the following rules:
 
Rule 1: "Double Discounts" (For Clearance & Specific Item Sales)
If you select replacement items that are already on a specific item promotion (such as Clearance or New Arrivals), the exclusive replacement discount (20%~30%) will be applied ON TOP OF the item's sale price. (You get double discounts!)
 
Rule 2: "Best Value Match" (For Volume & Site-wide Promotions)
If your original order enjoyed a Volume Discount or a Site-wide Sale, we will lock in that original discount for you. The system will compare your original order's discount rate with the replacement discount rate, and automatically apply the HIGHER one.
For example, if your original order had a 32% volume discount, and the replacement discount is 20%, you will keep your 32% off! You will never lose your original benefits due to our out-of-stock.
 
Important Note: The Discount Limit
Please note that the exclusive replacement discount (20%~30%) is only applied up to the total amount of your out-of-stock items.
If you want to select more replacements exceeding the out-of-stock sum, the exceeded amount will not enjoy the extra replacement discount, but will still inherit your original base discount.
 
Calculation Examples:
Assuming your out-of-stock sum is $200, and your current replacement discount is 20%.
Out-of-Stock Sum (Your Credit): $200
Maximum amount eligible for the extra 20% off: $200
Maximum Replacement Redemption you can get: $200x20%=$40
 
Scenario A: You select replacements costing $180 (Less than your credit)
Replacement Price: $180
Replacement Redemption: $180x20%=$36
We need to refund you $200-$180+$36=$56
 
Scenario B: You select replacements costing $300 (Exceeding your credit)
Replacement Price: $300
Replacement Redemption: $200x20%=$40
You still need to pay us: $300-$200-$40=$60

1. Why does the price on the Product Detail Page look different?
To ensure your maximum savings, your exclusive replacement discounts (and your original order promotions) are calculated directly on the Replacement List and in your Shopping Cart. Standard product detail pages will only show regular retail prices. Please always refer to the price in your cart!
 
2. Are shipping fees included in the discount?
No, the replacement discount is only applied to the value of the goods, excluding shipping fees. If the package weight changes after you select replacements, our system will recount the shipping fee at checkout.
