8 . Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
If your order is still being processed, we’ll do our best to assist with the address update. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
Please note: Any additional shipping fees incurred due to an address change will be the customer's responsibility.
※ According to the latest UPS policy effective July 10, 2025, UPS no longer allows address changes via email or phone. If needed, you may try registering for UPS MY CHOICE on the UPS website to update your delivery address. Please note that if a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for all related costs.
