  • 1.As registered member you can conveniently make online orders, inquiries and comments at PandaHall. And you can avoid the hassle of repeatedly keying in the same information for your future online purchase from this website.
  • 2.After registering at PandaHall, there wil be no limit to the number of items you can add to your shopping cart. However, if you are not registered, you can only add a maximum of 15 items.

Check the progress of your orders at My Account page

1.Click here to jump to My Account page.

2.From this page you will see the basic information about your account and membership level. Your orders, cash & coupon, tickets, personalization information and so on.

3. Click on “ All Orders ” in the upper left corner, it will jump to this page. You can search the order you need according to order number, order status, order date and item code / name.

In the table below, you can see the basic informations of all your orders, including expected dispatch date and estimated delivery date. And In the rightmost column, you can choose the actions to be performed on this order.

You can also combine delivery of severel orders in this page. Please note that only the orders in pending / preparing / prepared status can be combined.

4. Click the order number of one order, you will see all specific informations about this order including the tracking information.

You can click “Download All Images” to download all watermark-free product images of your purchased items.
