3 . How long will it take to receive my order?

Total Time = Product Preparation Time + Shipping Time

 

1. According to the stock status of the product, the product preparation time is divided into the following situations:

 

IN STOCK

It’s expected to be ready within 2-3 working days.

*Ready time may be extended to 8-10 working days if the quantity of this product you purchase exceeds existing stocks.

 

LIMITED QUANTITY

It’s expected to be ready within 2-3 working days.

*These items are on clearance, so you cannot purchase more than the existing stock. Otherwise, there will be related system prompt.

 

PRE-ORDER

It’s expected to be ready within 8-10 working days.

*Pre-order items with a lead time of more than 15 working days (excluding delivery time) will be compensated $3 per item. Learn more about our PANDA ON-TIME SERVICE.

 

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

The ready time of Customized products with processing services depends on the type of processing. 

*If you have requirements for the delivery period, please feel free to contact our customer service.

 

2. The shipping time is different according to the receiving country and shipping method, you can check this page to inquiry the approximate shipping time and costs.

 

3. Please note that the total time may be extended due to customs delays, weekends, holidays and other force majeure events.
