18 . How to Use the Order Verification Tool

To make your receiving process faster and more accurate, we’ve launched the Order Verification tool, exclusively on the PandaHall Beads APP. Say goodbye to manual counting! You can now use your phone's camera to scan and verify items directly against your order.

Step 1: Access the Tool

Open the PandaHall Beads APP, go to My Account, and tap on the [ Order Verification ] icon.

Step 2: Locate Your Order

You have two ways to start verifying:

• Method A (Recommended): Tap to scan the Tracking Barcode on your package. The system will automatically find the matching order.

• Method B: Manually type your Order No. into the search bar.

Step 3: Scan and Verify Items

Now, point your camera at the barcodes on the item packaging.

1. Match Successful: When an item is recognized, a success screen will pop up.

2. Edit Quantity: If you have a bulk bag of the same item (e.g., 20 pieces), you DO NOT need to scan it 20 times! Simply scan 1 piece, and change the Scanned Qty to 20.

3. Tap [ Confirm Qty ] to save. The system will automatically add this number to your verified progress.

Step 4: Handle Exceptions & Split Packages

• Multi-Package Orders:
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, you might see a prompt saying 1 package still in transit. Don't worry! You can verify the items you currently have, and the system will save your progress. Just return to finish verifying when the rest arrives.

• Correcting Mistakes:
If you made a mistake, tap the [ Edit ] icon next to the item on the main list to override the total verified quantity.

• Wrong Items:
If you scan an item and see a Not in Current Order or Item Not Found alert, please set this item aside and contact our customer support.

Step 5: Confirm Receipt

Once your overall progress reaches 100% (all items turn green), the [ Confirm Receipt ] button at the bottom will light up. Tap it to complete your order!

  Pro Tip:

Need to check what you just scanned? Tap the [ Scan History ] button in the bottom left corner to view your recent scanning activity, including successfully scanned items and any barcode scanning errors.
