3 . How to make a payment?

PandaHall supports a variety of payment methods, you can choose the most convenient option based on your needs.

1. Paypal

Applicability: Available for international transactions. Supports PayPal balance, credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Payment Steps:
- Select PayPal at checkout.
- Log in to your PayPal account. (If you don’t have an account, please choose “Pay with a debit or credit card”.)
- Review your payment details and complete the transaction.
* If you'd like to transfer via PayPal directly, please contact our customer service at [email protected] for the account details.

2. Credit Card

Applicability: Suitable for direct payments made with a credit card.

Payment Steps:
- Select Credit Card at checkout.
- Enter your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International, etc.).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
* If you don't have a PayPal credit card, you can switch to a different credit card by clicking the designated area below. Your payment will be processed through PingPong or Onerway (formerly Pacypay)—no additional action is required on your part.

3. Bank Transfer

Applicability: Suitable for large payments.

Payment Steps:
- Select Bank Transfer at checkout.
- Complete the transfer using the provided bank details. Please click here for the account information.
- Send the proof of payment to our customer service email address to confirm your payment.

4. Local Payment Methods in Europe

Applicability: If you are located in Europe, you can choose from the following payment options:
Klarna: Available in Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
Blik: Available in Poland.
iDeal: Available in the Netherlands.
Bancontact: Available in Belgium.
Payconiq: Available in Belgium and Luxembourg.
EPS: Available in Austria.
Bancomat: Available in Italy.
MB WAY: Available in Portugal.
Trustly: Available primarily in European countries.

Payment Steps:
- Select your preferred local payment method on the checkout page.
- Follow the prompts to authorize the payment (e.g., select a bank, enter a payment code, or use the relevant payment platform).
- Once the payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation.

5. Other Payment Methods

Applicability: Need to add funds to your PandaHall cash account in advance.

Payment Steps:
- Visit your Cash Account.
- Add funds to your cash account and you will see the available balance in your account.
- Use this balance to pay for your order.

The available payment methods may vary slightly depending on your country, region, and currency. Please refer to the prompts on the checkout page when placing your order.
